First appointment after years with another practice From first contacting to appointment, amazing friendly service , all staff are very welcoming and go into great detail in explaining everything too

The dentist was fantatic with all 3 of my children. Super friendly and fantastic explaining step by step to one of children that is a little anxious

Had my teeth cleaned. My teeth are very sensitive so by using cold water it made the experience painful. Maybe you could use warm water! Apart from that the staff are very friendly.

Was not notified prior to the appointment that a check up no longer includes a scale & polish. £25.80 to be told I’m not eligible to have a clean unless I have gum disease. The cost to see the hygienists mirrors that of a private appointment.

Annoyingly , I drove from work in Scunthorpe to Winterton . To be sat in the chair for 2 minutes and be charged 70.00 !

As much as i dont enjoy visiting the dentist, my whole experience was great. The receptionist is so lovely and makes you feel at ease straight away. The the dentist and her nurse were really pleasent and informative taking their time to explain and demonstrate what i needed to do. Making my whole visit relaxed and stress free.
