The cost is now unbelievably expensive! In this cost of living climate I cannot believe how much you are now charging for a hygenist appointment which has risen so much in the past few years.

Went today with a broken front tooth, had a temporary repair and return in January. The dentist and her nurse were excellent, a huge thank you.

The receptionist was very helpful and fitted me in within a couple of hours. The dentist explained everything and was very thorough.

Very helpful, I came in early Monday morning and asked for an appointment to refit a crown, I was given a slot the same morning. Dentist and Receptionist were both brilliant. Thank you

The dentist who took us when her colleague was not in practice at the required time was excellent I noticed so that you don’t have a rectangular kilometre on your intraoral dental unit. This has been required since the year 2000 and you may wish to look into this properly in order to be compliant with the IRMER regulations. You should seek advice from your medical physics expert.

Hi. Very straight forward appointment carried out with courtesy and friendliness. Two x-rays taken; no treatment required but was given good advice on tooth care and a couple of minor imperfections. A pleasant 15 minutes.

With an appointment arranged for a root canal/extraction pending I became apprehensive about the treatment. A quick phone call provided a short face to face consultation appointment within 2 days. My dentist listened to my concerns, explained the possible treatment, showing me the procedure on screen, and together we agreed on how to proceed. Quick service, listened to my concerns, reassured me and took time to explain the situation in detail. Excellent service. Also, the receptionist was very helpful, friendly, polite and efficient.

Dentist good. Receptionist not very friendly and had annoyed tone/non verbals when doing straightforward interactions with me. Not a good customer service approach from her.
