Reception staff were pleasant, I didn't have to wait long and the dentist and here nurse were very pleasant as well. Apologised that they didn't seem to have all the equipment in the room that they needed and had to go and find a few items before replacing my filling.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The dental nurse was nice putting me at ease before going into the room The dentust was very calm and explained everything he was doing Im a very nervous patient and am put at ease with this dentist

Efficiency. Went in dreading an extraction but was pleasantly surprised. The discomfort was so much less than experienced before. Job well done!

I thought I was having a procedure today and was charged£25 for my appointment and told to book another one for the procedure to be done which will cost me a further £75.

Excellent. From the reception staff, the dental nurse, the dentist himself and back to reception to make a new appointment, everyone was so efficient and polite. Thanks to all.

I’m so scared of the dentist, needed to have a filling, cannot fault the dentist. He was so lush, his dental nurse also amazing. Results were so good I cried happy tears

Felt the process was steam rollered. Lest than 10 mins in the premises. From arrival to waiting room to dental check up booking next appointment. £25.00 what are we paying for here?? Had my teeth counted again. A few questions. Reminder to brush my teeth and visit hygienist yearly. NHS charges for very little service

Exceptional service from the team today. I walked into the dentist today without an appointment but with a very swollen cheek from an abscess and the receptionists could not have been more lovely. They couldn’t get me in straight away, but made it possible for an appointment in the morning the next day. By the time I’d gotten home, they’d had a cancellation and I was back in an hour later. Again the receptionist was super incredible. The dentist was lovely, understanding and knowledgeable and the dental nurse so supportive - by this time I was crying and she was just so nice to me . I now have a clear plan of treatment and although I’m still in pain, I feel so much better overall. I’d like to really highlight just how great the receptionist was, because I’m sure they get a lot of flack with the NHS dentist crisis etc being on the front line. I appreciate her and what she did today, so so much.
