No appointments available for 2 weeks but the receptionist managed to fit me in with an out of hours doctor so I could see a Dr quicker

My experience with my surgery has been brilliant. I didn't have to wait long for a scheduled appointment. My health issue and any necessary referrals to outside organisations, were dealt with efficiently. I feel like my health concerns are always heard and needs are always met.

Took a ambulance to queens hospital where I spent nearly 2 day on a bed in the corridor when eventually seen by doctor was told nothing they can do except give me morfeine and leave me in the bed, I then declined and said I will go home. I then made a appointment with the doctor at the surgery doctor sent me for a scan and then referred me to a specialist who then gave me injections in my lower back , I have been very well since then not much pain in my lower back but still there sometimes uncomfortable.

Great staff, very friendly and had a comforting environment the whole time I was there. I didn’t feel stressed at all.

My experience has been a lovely one. The receptionists were very polite on arrival and the doctor I saw listened to my concerns and done what he could have to help me further. I was very happy with my experience.

I was supported by the nurse and the Dr , constantly for review and update on my blood pressure . The Nurse was extremely helpful in advising on how to reduce blood pressure naturally, Dr contacted me for review a few times to make sure am on the right medication also wether to reduce or increase dosage..
