I hear all the time about the state of the NHS and GP Services and honestly each time I hear about it I am baffled as I never have any issues with my GP Practice at Abbey Medical and Moor Grange clinics... like ever! I know that I can get an appointment usually on the day I want it, and am treated with kindness and respect each time I interact with anyone there. The service from the GPs is honestly second to none and I genuinely feel like they care about each and every one of their patients. Its worth mentioning too that they have hardly any time off and work extremely hard to ensure they are providing an excellent level of service and I feel genuinely supported by the services that they deliver. The practice is so good I would genuinely consider this as a factor if I ever decided to move as I honestly would worry that I wouldnt get as good a service anywhere else! At my last appointment I got an appointment same day with the doctor of my preference, she was kind, listened to me and also arranged blood tests directly after my appointment and also booked in a follow up appointment for me the week after to save me calling back to book it. I honestly cant say enough good things about this practice and the GPs who work here - they all deserve a medal for their dedication and I genuinely cant thank them enough for all they do for me and my family. Not all heroes wear capes.... some wear stethoscopes!

I have never had a bad experience with this practice! I completed an econsult yesterday & the Gp called me back the same day, I then got a same day face to face appt. this morning with no issues. The GP I saw today was brilliant! I felt shocking, and he was really kind, thorough and professional. The admin team are always really accomodating! With the current pressures in the NHS they are a credit to the GP world!

I am very happy that my doctor and GP registrar gave to me medications owing to which, I am rapidly recovering from severe cough bouts, I had suffered, giving to me sleepless nights. Even the specialist I saw, was praising about the managements.
