    From the way you are spoken to, to the processes in place for appointments, I struggle to find ways this GP practise could do better. There is a genuine respect for patients across all staff, a friendly welcome and consideration for the wider needs of the community with the food bank. The presence on social media further communicates their welcome to students and considers topical themes & shows how interested and valued prevention work is . The appointment system is excellent and in my case frequently avoids the need for unnecessary appts- consider yourself extremely fortunate to be in the catchment for this wonderful practise, I consider my family very fortunate to have access to such great healthcare.

    Very caring doctor, got us an appointment and seen within 5days at the City Hospital He also followed the above up within 5days with a very caring phone call to us, within 5 days my wife had received an ultra sound and a cystoscopy. We wish to thank him very much.

    After concerns about my daughters behaviour I was given great advice and information. There was also a follow up text with self referral forms and information. How some drs can make you feel your on a slotted time this Dr however was extremely patient had all the time in the world to listen and answer any concerns I had. Made me feel like I wasn't over reacting and reassured me that I'm doing the right thing. Over all a good Dr.

    Doctor was very helpful and tougher and took his time. Explained what may be causing my symptoms. I felt like I had been listened to overall I am satisfied.

    A big 'thank you' for putting my mind at rest so quickly following an ECG at the surgery. It was completed in a very pleasant and relaxed manner by a health care professional and I was contacted by the doctor before I arrived home. You couldn't ask for more. :)

    The lovely doctor that I see is amazing. Very helpful and caring and looks after us really well. We all greatly appreciate her help, support and care. It can clearly be seen that she puts heart and soul in everything she does and we cannot thank her enough. They are all great to us at the practice and it is clearly seen that they all work really hard to help patients feel better and stay in good health. A big thank you to everyone

    I am over the age to receive an automatic invitation for a mammogram so I called into the surgery late morning to ask for advice about how I arrange an appointment. The receptionist took down my details saying that she would pass them on to the doctor. I received a text from the doctor, with the information I needed, little more than 2 hours later. So I would like to say 'thank you' to both the receptionist and the doctor for their very quick reply. It was much appreciated.

    Had questions to ask about my medical condition which were answered clearly and in a way a lay person can understand. Both the doctor and the reception staff continue to be very helpful. I am made to feel that my questions are relevant and not dismissed without clarification. I also find the facility to message the practice on the NHS app extremely useful.

    There is no way to get an appointment with this surgery if you ring during the day and they will tell you call next day at 8am. When you call next day at 8am you are number 10 in the queue so they will answer by 8:20 when all the appointment’s gone. And the option is go to walking centre if I need to go to walking centre every time why I registered there! Always there are new Dr in surgery most likely to see the same Dr next time.

    I have seen Dr C now on a few occasions after some worrying symptoms. She is honestly incredible and a credit to Abbey Medical Centre. She is extremely compassionate and couldn’t be more helpful. I’ve had diagnostic tests run before and waiting for results can be quite a worrying period. Dr C was clearly checking in on my case and contacted me the minute she knew my MRI was clear, 48 hours after initially booking it. I can’t express what a difference that makes when previously I’ve been left waiting 1-2 weeks to find out results. She is a brilliant GP and I can’t stress that enough.
