    When requesting a 2 month supply due to holidays abroad on several ( all) occasions the prescription is never correct and only one month supplied I queue up for an hour at the pharmacy only to find that no one has read the comment box in the repeat prescription app. This is despite having discussed this with the surgery 2 days earlier If I miss my appointment then I am made to wait for a new one There is no come back for poor service by the doctors

    The surgery did not agree to message me instead of calling me as a reasonable accommodation since I get anxious with telephone calls. The response was that it would be impossible to message everyone given the high volume of requests, however it wasn't understood that this accommodation would likely be for the minority of people. It's frustrating that there is still a lack of accommodations for neurodivergent individuals, which is one of the main reasons that deters them from seeking medical help.

    Contacted the surgery after needing some advice. Care coordinator was very friendly and gave clear instructions on completing an online form. A link to the firm was sent straight away to my phone. The form was very simple to complete and I was also able to upload a photo to save me a face to face visit. A very shirt time later, a GP contacted me and a prescription issued to my chosen oharmacy electronically. I was able to collect the antibiotics and commence treatment within a couple of hours. Very pleased with the service, simple to use and an example of not needing to actually attend the surgery, virtual assessment is a way forwards. Thanks all.

    The care and time the doctor took to make sure that I understood everything was fantastic. She treated me like a person, not a symptom. Everything she actioned was done quickly and efficiently by everyone. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a scary time but they made everything very easy for me. A huge thank you to everyone. I can't thank them enough.

    The lady was very rude when I tried to get a appointment the lady was very rude and wasn't understanding me this really need to be sorted they think there doctor now when they aint

    I would like to thank the young lady who took my bloods on 28.11.24, I think she was a nurse associate, she was friendly, approachable and professional and would put anyone at ease with her positive attitude and kindness. She is a credit to the surgery, please pass on my sincere thanks to her.

    receptionist was unpleasant, chewing gum and singing to music, and not very interactive. Had the wrong information on the system regarding atrial flutter (had assumed was atrial fibrillation). Have had no GP review since moving to ravenshead, but always had this when previously moved to gedling. As a hospital consultant will have to do my own checks on health. I don't recommend this practice sadly

    I have used this surgery for 35 years. Now in my 70’s it seems more difficult than ever to be able to get any help from the receptionists. Its always go online. Recently i had to speak to 111 as could get no help from receptionists i was told they would send a referral request for an appointment direct to the surgery. The operator even confirmed it had been sent. The operator said to give it 10 minutes then ring the surgery. My wife actually went to the surgery twice to be be told no referral had been received. Explaining the situation (i needed prescription painkillers for a shoulder break) the receptionist told my wife to contact the hospital the hospital said that the report on my file should be sufficient for painkillers to be prescribed. But they would post further details. My wife then went back to the surgery to be told they would send a link to complete a triage form from 7am the next day. I am in agony with no prescribed painkillers.

    I needed to sort a slightly complicated blood test out. It was busy in reception but the receptionist took time to help me get things in place by checking my record and looking at options for me. She did not make me feel rushed at any point, listened carefully as I explained and was so polite and helpful. I really appreciated the reassurance of getting it sorted straight away and not having to wait or follow anything up at a later date.

    Please thank the Doctor and apologise for being cut off on the mobile phone but I hope it was convenient for both the Doctor and me to take the call. I think we covered the ground despite the difficulties. I think AMG are very efficient
