   Used the online service to tell a GP about my mobility issues. GP sent a text message to me to request an appointment. Immediately called reception and was told I couldn't book an appointment on the phone as they were only accepting emergency appointments and the soonest available booking online was a 12 week wait... I have moved surgeries because of this
