Getting an appointment is ok and the locum GP, was thorough and helpful. He made a detailed examination and explained it well to me. A very good experience.

a fantastic service by the GP’s and availability of appointments, as I needed to visit with short notice today. My only gripe is that there is a young man on the reception and is actually very abrupt, stern and not particularly friendly. Other than that very good doctors.

The care I have received, and continue to receive from Abbots Bromley Surgery is exemplary. Assessment is thorough and caring, treatment is explained and discussed. It really is a great surgery. On 20th February 2025, the receptionist I spoke to was welcoming, polite and helpful. The GP was interested and curious in my issue, sharing his hypotheses and the process of assessing further. He was also kind, reassuring and honest.

The staff here is super friendly. Excellent service. Lovely refurbished practice. Very helpful. Very personal service. Very knowledgeable and professional. I went for a test and did not have to wait. My appointment was right on schedule.

There is never a problem to get an appointment - no real waiting time on the phone. Staff are friendly and helpful

Nice welcome at reception. Appointment on time, friendly and knowledgeable nurse, who answered all the questions and carefully carried out the tests.

excellent service the hcp was polite, caring and very gentle. they explained what they were doing and why. They also took a moment to ask me about me and any worries or concerns.

This GP Practice refuses to complete a medical certificate for French visa application asking that the patient is in 'good health' and 'free from mental disorders' (which they are). They suggest you pay go to a private GP who has to apply to them for NHS medical records to confirm that in good health and takes 28 days! I find this totally unacceptable when they charge £50 cash to complete a firearms application form which is far more detailed. This may result in Working Visa being denied and loss of job!
