Visited the same GP three times about the same reoccurring condition with my young daughter. The GP is great with children and has a lovely manner. You really feel like she cares. She has always been so thorough and has always been able to suggest a way forward despite the fact that an appointment with the dermatologist is an 11 months wait. I would highly recommend this GP.

I visited the practice yesterday 12/3/25 and saw a doctor she was extremely pleasant and professional as well as empathetic to my concerns she took my symptoms seriously and proceeded to arrange tests and referrals. I was impressed with the whole visit and to thank her very much. My experience of this medical centre is highly satisfactory. At first I was off put by the e-consult process idea but I have now used it several times and have always had an excellent quick response. All staff and admin staff are to a high standard and are respectful and curtious to patients. Thanks again

After having major surgery and having complications with my recovery my nurse has been really helpful and supportive. And the issues that I had after my surgery have now been resolved

The practitioner I saw was very thorough. Compassionate and knowledgeable I felt heard and validated. She was lovely and my only the second time I have experienced this in this practice

I had appointment on 02 jan 2025 at 2pm with this lady doctor called the practice. She was amazing. She was so kind and understanding. She listened to me and everything she done was great. I left the surgery very happy

Throughout my years I have never met a GP like I did yesterday. From entering her room to leaving the experience was what I can only describe as top class service. Very empathetic, caring and understanding. Down to earth and most importantly listened. I am so happy I am with this GP surgery and she is mine and my partner’s allocated GP. Finally on a road to progress with the amazing support from her. Most likely the best GP I have met in all my years and this is just after the first visit.

I had an appointment with this afternoon. She was extremely helpful, attentive and empathetic. She’s an asset to the surgery and I’m hoping to have more appointments with her in the future.

I had a face to face appointment with Acklam medical centre after filing out and submitting an econsult online. When I came in to the surgery I was booked in to see DrRoss who was absolutely lovely, compassionate and highly knowledgeable! What a fantastic doctor, really happy with the service received.

Today at short notice I was asked to provide a blood sample for testing, knowing what I am like, I hesitated and told Dr that I was notoriously difficult giving blood, without any hesitation her colleague was recommended. I was greeted by a big smile from the phlebotomist who immediately put me at ease, and got a vein first try, I was amazed, there was a tiny sharp scratch and before I knew it she covered the site with a cotton wool ball. Since I have been in and out of hospital since my 25th birthday this is only the 2nd or 3rd person to achieve this. I am trust grateful to her for such a quick and easy process. She is truly worth her weight in gold. Thank you, you are truly a diamond. With thanks Paul.
