The nurse practitioner was reassuring, kind and thoughtful during a personal exam. She explained everything in detail.

I had appointment on 02 jan 2025 at 2pm with this lady doctor called the practice. She was amazing. She was so kind and understanding. She listened to me and everything she done was great. I left the surgery very happy

Throughout my years I have never met a GP like I did yesterday. From entering her room to leaving the experience was what I can only describe as top class service. Very empathetic, caring and understanding. Down to earth and most importantly listened. I am so happy I am with this GP surgery and she is mine and my partner’s allocated GP. Finally on a road to progress with the amazing support from her. Most likely the best GP I have met in all my years and this is just after the first visit.

I had an appointment with this afternoon. She was extremely helpful, attentive and empathetic. She’s an asset to the surgery and I’m hoping to have more appointments with her in the future.

I had a face to face appointment with Acklam medical centre after filing out and submitting an econsult online. When I came in to the surgery I was booked in to see DrRoss who was absolutely lovely, compassionate and highly knowledgeable! What a fantastic doctor, really happy with the service received.

Today at short notice I was asked to provide a blood sample for testing, knowing what I am like, I hesitated and told Dr that I was notoriously difficult giving blood, without any hesitation her colleague was recommended. I was greeted by a big smile from the phlebotomist who immediately put me at ease, and got a vein first try, I was amazed, there was a tiny sharp scratch and before I knew it she covered the site with a cotton wool ball. Since I have been in and out of hospital since my 25th birthday this is only the 2nd or 3rd person to achieve this. I am trust grateful to her for such a quick and easy process. She is truly worth her weight in gold. Thank you, you are truly a diamond. With thanks Paul.

Today Dr Ross was very easy to explain everything to and checked every aspect of my needs. She organised an urgent chest X-ray which I am going to tomorrow, a week of blood pressure monitoring and a sample of sputum which I have handed in today. She prescribed me a second course of antibiotics which I had requested and they were ready within 20 minutes. She went through my medical history relating to this health issue and checked my chest for infection. She took two blood pressures because the readings were extremely high. She finished by saying it these readings didn’t come down within a couple of days to go straight back. I felt I was explained to and listened to and could not have experienced a better consultation. I came in to Acklam medical centre today as I had an appointment with the doctor. Afterwards I had to book in for a blood test and the new receptionistMichelle was so lovely and helpful and for me booked in in no time at all and for a date that suited my busy schedule!

Thankyou so much for the care and treatment given to my husband . The Nurse A M has been amazing . She has made sure various health problems have been checked out . Now my husband is starting to get some answers . The patient care and communication has been amazing . Since more staff have been enrolled the service has been amazing . Thankyou to everyone that has helped in any way . It is great that people listen and get things checked out properly . Also thankyou to everyone that has helped in any calls we have made .The help is appreciated.

Great idea should be rolled out Nationwide Appointment was available within 30 mins Service was excellent with time allocated to explain symptoms
