Had a pain problem for about three months now got intouch with the doctors and had a telephone conversation with the physio and was given exercises to do which seemed to make thibgs worse so got back intouch with the surgery and was given another telephone call from the physio which was a pointless conversation at he told me that I would have to wait another week to be seen the pain is unbearable yet still cannot get a phonecall from a gp I feel as if it's pointless trying might be easier going to a&e there might be a waiting time but will get seen

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback with regards to your recent consulations. I am very sorry that you feel this has not eased your problem or helped you in any way. I am sure if you would like to call the surgery and ask to be put on the Doctors list the Reception Team would be happy to help you with this. I would not suggest going to A&E with this issue as they are already extremely busy and you could have a substantial wait to be seen. As you have chosen to remain anonymous I am unable to call you and discuss this problem with you directly. Should you wish to speak with someone as your issue has not been resolved, please call and ask to speak with a memeber of the Management Team and they will be happy to help you.
