    I have been quite ill lately with breathing problems they sent me for tests and found the problem and gave me the medication ,after months of suffering i am now much better they are very proffesional cannot praise them enough

    It would appear that if you are a (poor) pensioner who cannot afford a mobile phone, then you will not be able to log on and order a repeat prescription, as you need a mobile phone to log on, instead you will have to phone it in a phone call that will cost you money because of the time it takes to talk to someone, what a waste of my money and time,

    I am very disappointed with this surgery. I have been trying to get an appointment with this surgery for 6 months now. I always ring at 8.30 and then the receptionist pick up the phone around 9am and says it s fully booked. They say to call 111 or go to a walking surgery. But what the point to have a nearby surgery if I have to travel further. It s really annoying.

    I have elderly relatives that are registered here. The amount of time it takes to get to actually speak to someone was over an hour for my uncle (who is 92 years old) to try and get to speak to someone to be told to call Badger for his wife (my aunt who is 89) who has dementia and needs to be seen by her GP. Working in primary care myself - I have never known such a bad GP surgery as this one.

  5. Review titled Never Known Anything like it!!!

    I had my doctors appointment. The doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy in the practice, received some of my prescription with a different person's name on the label, told to come back the next day for the rest of my prescription, went back the next day, the rest of my prescription was still not available. Then I was given the same medication again that I had received the day before and told again to come back tomorrow, given a slip to take back with the outstanding medication again in a different name to mine! I was told by the doctor on my appointment to make another appointment for 2 weeks time. Reception told me to come back next week as the appointments were not available to book until next week. I sent a request for my medical records over three weeks ago with no reply. when I spoke to the surgery they finally sent me a form to fill in. I sent the form back the same day. When questioned they said I hadn't sent the form back. When they finally realised I had sent the form off I was told it could take up to another week. What on earth is going on at this surgery? I have known anything like it.

    I phoned the doctor's this morning to book a blood test, an hour I waited on the phone, absolutely disgraceful, since this practice was took over its got worse, you either wait for an hour for them to answer or you get told there's no appointments, I'm really disgusted as I've been a patient for 7 yrs and it's got worse since the best doctor left. I'm not one to complain but this is beyond reasonable it's a disgraceful.
