Review titled Poor Follow up Systems
Rated 1 star out of 5

It doesn't make sense to me to have to.wait 2 weeks to see a doctor especially for an ongoing issue. If I come to a hospital, it means I need some form of assistance. How do you visit a hospital and then be asked to come back in 2 weeks? This is really poor and discouraging. I pay a health surcharge but barely get quality health care. It is exhausting. People have lives and businesses. An arbitrary appointment 2 -3 weeks ahead interferes with those plans. How can helathcare in a 3rd world countet be better than the one reciebed in the United Kingdom?

It would appear that if you are a (poor) pensioner who cannot afford a mobile phone, then you will not be able to log on and order a repeat prescription, as you need a mobile phone to log on, instead you will have to phone it in a phone call that will cost you money because of the time it takes to talk to someone, what a waste of my money and time,

Review titled Poor practice

I am very disappointed with this surgery. I have been trying to get an appointment with this surgery for 6 months now. I always ring at 8.30 and then the receptionist pick up the phone around 9am and says it s fully booked. They say to call 111 or go to a walking surgery. But what the point to have a nearby surgery if I have to travel further. It s really annoying.

I have elderly relatives that are registered here. The amount of time it takes to get to actually speak to someone was over an hour for my uncle (who is 92 years old) to try and get to speak to someone to be told to call Badger for his wife (my aunt who is 89) who has dementia and needs to be seen by her GP. Working in primary care myself - I have never known such a bad GP surgery as this one.
