I came for a vaccination, twice and no pain at all, nurse is excellent. Very helpful good communication, everything explained. Always punctual.

Minimal wait & I was offered a 30second heart monitor to check for irregular heartbeat before the jab and given the result immediately. Checked that I was well before the jab was given. Pleasant, friendly manner. Thanks

The nurse and receptionists provided exceptional care for both me and my mother. Their kindness and empathy truly make a difference in the lives of so many patients. We deeply appreciate their commitment and compassion. Well done, and keep up the great work!

The lovely Nurse always has time to ask how I am and is always interested in me. She makes me feel valued and makes my appointments with her relaxed. She is a huge asset to the team at Acorn Medical Centre, she is approachable, kind and very knowledgeable.

Seen promptly by the clinician, who was very professional and caring. Also offered and carried out AF test at the appointment. Very happy with the service received from the practice…. As always.

I had been for taking the flu vaccination and the nurse is so kind and polite. The receptionist were also kind, polite and considerate. Thank you very much.

Friendly people and efficient service. They do listen to your problems and take serious care to investigate the problem. I really hope it continues. I'm glad I registered there. It was recommended by my sister in law who use to live around.

I have been a patient at the practice for many years. During this time I have accessed care. During a recent and post visit I received excellent care, advice and support throughout. It is clear to me how the practice has evolved in terms of digital organisation, person centred and assessible.

We are currently trying to reduce the amount of time a patient is on hold when telephoning the practice. We appreciate how stressful it can be waiting on the line and we want to excel in this area.
