I spoke to a lovely young lady about three things this morning. She was ultra Professional and dealt with each issue calmly. I came off the phone satisfied.This practice always meets CQC standards. thank you to all.

I went for the first time about my Mental Health issues. I was given an explanation of the services available by The Practice Manager. I was seen by One of the Doctors who sat down and took notes on my history. Time was not an issue and I had chance to tell my problems. I came out very reassured that I could get a good service here

Always very welcoming & helpful. Unfortunately I waited 1 hour & 15 mins later than my appointment time....this happens to often !Please consider the Drs & nursing staff. They need more hands on deck.

There to dicuss resukts from blood tests, made to feel at ease straight away, not judged st all givrn advise but i didnt feel like it was being pushed onto me

I have a call at 8.45 this morning from The Call Handler lady. She left a message and it id not take long for me to get back through to her. Doctors want to see me and arranged an appointment in just a few days. They know I am not a morning person because of my meds so they always offer me a later appointment. That easy. Always happy to see everybody.

My experience, well we're do I start ? Waiting well beyond your appointment time ,doctor .different doctor each time you go these doctors don't know you,nor read notes, so they have no idea why you are there. Waiting time on phones saying they are bizzy and full , I come down to the doctors to find out how bizzy they were ,I sat down rang the reception, I got through after a time to be greeted with we are bizzy and pull . Well you could imagine the look on her face when I said you don't look full nor bizzy she said why ? Cuz if you look through your window you will see me on the phone talking to yourself .it went down like a lead weight .that's why I don't have a high opinion about my doctors .iam not saying all are the same but some just should not be there .above there pay grade .sorry but you did ask .

I have had need of an urgent appointment and despite being short staffed one of the doctors made time for me at the end of a busy day. I was treated with kindness and compassion and the Doctor made sure I was calm before I left. I am very grateful for the attention that was bestowed on me. Thanks to all the staff. I would recommend this Practice for anyone who has Mental Health issues or anything else..

Very efficient, excellent appointment , excellent staff overall very happy with everything . With working long hours they were able to fit me in on the same day as ringing which was also very fast on answering the phone so from the reception to the gp I was able to attend during my break all practices should be like this

The nurse I saw was very thorough, helpful and courteous. She showed concern for my problem and I was provided with a letter to take to accident and emergency. I’m very appreciative for the help given. The practice is excellent.

Got there 10-15 before the appointment, to be then called to reception about 5 minutes before the appointment to say my appointment has been cancelled due to the nurse not coming in. It was only a pill check so I don’t understand why no one else could complete the appointment - then got told that someone would call me in the afternoon after 2pm and no call made. Can’t give me an emergency strip or an appointment to suit so been recommend to go to a pharmacy even though my blood pressure is sometimes high and see how I get on. If it’s high call the doctors back. I have been waiting a few weeks for this appointment now I am close to running out
