I was promised a call today from GP and that GP called me this morning. They were very good to me on the phone and offered a solution. I was treated with kindness and concern. I was impressed by the professional way of the Doctor. Thank You

I was recommended by friends to attend this surgery. I was looked after very well by the practice nurse and the doctor had a lot of time for me.

I spoke to Doctor at the weekend and then my husband messaged the surgery to say I had got worse. A Senior Receptionist called me with concern and said Doctor would ring me back which he did. And on the back of that I got a call from the Crisis team. For all that to happen in one day is amazing. I have follow ups tomorrow. These guys go above and beyond reasonable care and work and call patients in their own time. That's why the phones are a little busy sometimes. It's always worth the wait. I can't recommend the surgery enough. Thanks to all involved.

Once in for appointment, the gp was very informative. Explained everything that would happen & what would happen next. Only feedback I would say is take the patients in on time or update next patient of the wait

Very professional and I have been treated very well, the Dr and practice nurses at the practice very professional and I was treated with respect at all times, and my treatment was explained to me in a manner that I felt didn’t go over my head and I would recommend to others.

I had an appointment and was given the time I needed by Doctor as I am having lots of problems with my Co-Morbidities. I had a pre arranged appointment and each issue was addressed. I always feel looked after and I have no qualms with the practice. It's always busy and efficient and nice and clean. The Practice Manager always has a hello for me. Even though I am a complicated patient by my own admission. I could not even contemplate leaving the practice. I left my issues with the Doctor and I was given blood tests there and then.

The lady I saw was very thorough, she was very pleasant and most helpful when I needed to know something. I was very satisfied. She went through all my medication details, discussed my diabetes with me. My blood pressure was fine, I was given forms for a blood test to be done. My weight was taken, she arranged for a phone consultation to be done for a general health check. So in all I was pleased with how things went.

Rang reception today upset. Reception put me through to Doctor. A very nice person. I got reassurance. Nurse not in today or would not have asked for Doctor. Very busy Practice. Friendly. I noticed how scrupulously clean the toilets were. In fact the whole place is a credit to them. It was a successful telephone call. Thanks again to Doctor I know how busy you are.
