Excellent service and the Doctor was fantastic and listening to me extremely well. The surgery was extremely clean and I was treated very well by all the staff

Another bad experience with this surgery. The only positive result I got it was that I was referred to the specialist. Just I don't know for how long I will wait for, because the doctor didn't have any idea about waiting time. Unfortunately I wasn't offended any help and advised to help myself. Not what I expected, honestly.

Guided by the nurse with advice on a healthy lifestyle and a general health check. I felt at ease as anything that I didn't understand was explained to me and I was OK when I left.

Explained test results and the way forward. Review every three months, blood test then follow up appointment to check everything is improving.

I saw the nurse yesterday due to my asthma. The nurse was very pleasant and helpful and prescribed the required medication.

Last couple of appointments for myself in the last 2 months. Managed get in the same day but both times sat over an hour past my time. Same when i took my son who went with anxiety and mental health breakdown. He was 45 mins over time and was getting aggitated. My one yesterday, people get going to the reception ask when they are going in and a couple threatened walk out. I feel like slots of 15 mins shoulf be given. So 4 in the reception every hour. People are frustrated. And surgeries are always running over. Hence why i try not go.

The last couple of times I have had to attend either for myself or my daughters, this practice has been brilliant. I have managed to get an appointment the same day and felt like I was listening too and we were helped in a friendly manner.
