The receptionist (who also takes bloods) is absolutely lovely. She is always so helpful and friendly and treats you with respect. She deals with any problem swiftly and is a great asset to the practice. The heathcare assistant (on the first floor) is also lovely and takes her time to explain things.

The receptionists always greet me with a warm smile and a polite greeting. I noticed they are extremely polite and helpful towards patients. Even if they (some patients) are not polite to the reception staff. Very professional. I was booked in to see a GP last following a recent consultation at Barnet hospital for an ongoing degenerative disease. The GP was very supportive. He listened. He checked through my records and has prescribed what is needed for now. Including a referral for another matter. I feel my concerns are valued. Heard & cared for. Super efficient GP, and surgery ! Very lovely staff. Thank you all Five stars from me.

I had a situation with a prescription and it was all sorted out in half an hour. The staff helped me to request a prescription using the website. I appreciate the speed of what can happen when you get the tech right! Thank you all!

I hurt my shoulder at work today filled in the online referral thing bit of a pain to be honest. About an hour later the surgery called I could see a doctor! Examined pain killers and a possible torn rotator cuff diagnosed booked for MRI and a physio appointment next week! Someone up there is looking after me! Thank you Adington great service !!

I had an appointment with the doctor on Friday and all I can say is wow! I’ve got the same day appointment by simply entering my symptoms through the econsultation. Reception staff contacted me nearly immediately, doctor was knowledgeable and sympathetic. Staff is friendly and easy going, so far so good

The staff down not all but one I met was rude and was talking unprofessional I waited half an hour more after my appointment time came and just asked the staff that how long will it take it was rude response and reaction from her

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the front desk, for booking me in so quickly for a cortisone injection with Dr D., just in time for Christmas. He administered the injection into my very painful arthritic thumb, with all his usual professionalism and flair! My thumb which has previously been agonising at times, is now pain-free and I just want to say thank you to Dr D. and the practice for getting me through this, in time for the Christmas holiday break. It’s much appreciated. Thank you all. (Full names not allowed in a review apparently)

The receptionist are very patient and professional. The doctors (especially the one I saw recently) are very empathetic and do their best to help. I was suffering with perimenopausal symptoms, the doctor took her time to check me not only physically but also mentally and emotionally too. I had a check up this morning (telephone consultation) ,the doctor genuinely seemed happy that I'm in a better place than I was few months ago. Before she prescribed me the medication, she clearly explained to me the advantages and the possibility of side effects.

I had visited my GP for an emergency, straight after a visit I was fitted in for a blood test appointment, which was quick and easy. Results received next day. I couldn’t wish for a better practice for myself and my family.
