The doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful they give a direct advance to patients ,the place is very organized and clean environment thank to receptionist who are very polite and friendly kainat.

I called this practice with an urgent administrative matter today; they understood the urgency and why a telephone call was necessary. The staff listened and responded with care, and my matter was resolved quickly. I know it is sometimes challenging to get through to GP practices to speak to a person, but today I found it straightforward. And when I got through the staff were there for me when I needed them. I have been with this practice for years and, based on my experience today, I am definitely sticking with them. Thank you very much.

I am very thankful my case worker for responding so promptly to my request for a doctor’s document, that I required to get treatment. Despite a lead time of 20 days, they made this possible in under two days, responding to the time criticality that I had communicated. They was very friendly (also managing my expressed frustration perfectly), professional, and communicated effectively and to the point. Outstanding service (especially in a time of high demand and pressure on the NHS, as we all are aware). Big thank you!

The doctor listened carefully and gave me advice on how I should manage my health condition. I am very grateful, thank you. However, as I had to pay for tph medical declaration form, in my opinion it is too expensive. Please review your prices.

I had a great experience during my GP appointment. The process of booking was smooth and hassle-free, and any queries I had were responded to quickly and efficiently. The HCA who took my bloods was absolutely fantastic—quick, professional, and made the process completely painless. She also explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, a very positive experience!

After several years of poor GP service for myself and children, we switched to Addison Road and have been blown away by the excellent and accessible care. For children, we have always had an appointment day-of request and the doctors and nurses have been thorough and kind, even following up outside of their hours to ensure we are ok. For myself and husband, the triage system works well and anything remotely urgent is addressed right away with either an in-person appt or a phone call. 99% of the clinicians we’ve seem have been knowledgable and compassionate and we’ve had the referrals and follow-ups needed to feel assured. The nurse who does sexual health screenings is particularly wonderful and highly recommended. Reception team has also been responsive and kind, despite often dealing with with the usual abuse that unfortunately comes with an overloaded health system and frustrated people. I feel very lucky that we came to this practice and would recommend to anyone struggling with their GP (being denied any access to appointments is not normal!).

I recently had my smear test performed by the most kind and caring nurse. She spoke so thoughtfully, explaining each step and making me feel at ease. I was very grateful for her kind manner in what is usually a very uncomfortable circumstance.

I had a blood pressure check with a lovely lady who was very polite and explained as she was taking my blood pressure, she took it the original way with a stethoscope and not the machine.
