I wish to thank my Dr whom I have been seeing since October 2022 for her care and compassion she has shown me. It has been a very difficult year for me and my family and her support and professionalism was outstanding. She has made referrals to a specialists which has led to my current diagnosis and most importantly she listened and believed in my symptoms. Not gaslighting me as some DRs did when I was admitted into hospital. I would be grateful if the Surgery could pass my appreciation and feedback to this amazing DR. Thank you

Pleasant and approachable admin staff, and helpful when resolving problems or issues. Senior doctors are extremely professional and capable. Importantly this surgery is accessible by phone or in person and do not demand sole on-line access.

I have been a patient here since 2011 and have seen services improve particularly during and after covid. Adoption of online services, and online triage? have made a huge difference in speed, quality and reliability.

I wanted to specifically review the 'Wellness Coaching' which I was referred for via the GP. It was a really valuable and helpful process and the practitioner is a lovely individual, friendly and non-judgemental. It was a very helpful service to receive whilst I have been struggling with a few different physical and mental health challenges. Whilst is not technically therapy, it has been a huge help to be able to talk to somebody in a professional capacity and I'm grateful for the service. On the whole, I also feel Addison Road is a good practice with friendly and helpful staff, and I would recommend it. However I do think there could be simple but significant improvements to the appointment and contact system, the current process is prohibitively complicated and very much not-inclusive because of its online-only and time-restricted element. I say this as a first-language English speaker without learning difficulties, the process is surely even more complicated for a lot of patients. For instance, I've had to contact the surgery a few times on behalf of my neighbour because she isn't of the internet/smartphone generation and has struggled to make basic contact. I've personally found the process so complicated and frustrating at times that it has stopped me from seeking medical assistance when I have needed it and am concerned that others are in the same position. I appreciate with such a large volume of patience there have to be systems in place but there's a lot of room for improvement with this one.
