   Reception staff are extremely rude and don't want to, or cannot do the job they are paid to do. I am about to submit my third request for my repeat prescription. The previous two requests have not been replied to as stated they would be on the app. The phones are off most of the time so it's virtually impossible to contact anybody there. There is such a failure of communication with this surgery, it is terrible.
