Review titled Appointments not available
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 19 July 2024
I needed a non emergency appointment on phoning the surgery a recorded message informed me I should book on line. There are no facility to do this but apparently you can make an enquiry to the doctors and they will get back to you within a few days. I tried doing thus but kept being redirected to private practices and YouTube but nothing on how to message a doctor. I eventually went to the surgery to ask for an appointment. No way!I was told to fill out a form while the receptionist watched. He went away and came back to say I should go to the nearest walk in centre. I did this and after a fairlt lengthy wait was eventually seen by a lovely lady who gave me a prescription. What a way to treat patients. The walking was busy my doctors surgery was empty. I'm seriously looking for another surgery

Review titled Great receptionist
Rated 4 stars out of 5

I had rang numerous times to try and get an urgent prescription approved on the Friday before the Bank Holiday. I was cut off, prescription confusion with regular medication and then told they did not know when it would be ready. I had almost given up when I rang again at 5pm. The lady I then spoke to could not have been more helpful, despite how late it was she went out of her way to get my prescription approved and even rang me back to let me know it had been done and sent to a chemist I could collect from that evening. Can not praise her enough, just wish other staff were as helpful.

Been trying to call doctor for past few days, on hold for 20 minutes but when the reception picks up telephone she disconnects. Happens many times. Tried to complain to doctors but no email address to complain
