I’ve been with this surgery for 7 years, and over that time I’ve had a few concerns. - once they put diabetic medication on my sons prescription and I rang in a panic to ask if he was diabetic and they just said “oh, that’s the wrong persons meds” no apologies or investigation, could of been dangerous. -your just a number, your not treated with dignity, doctors ever changing, they do not call you back when making appointments with you, and your not important. -never check conditions and brief summary before calling you, this shocked me on many occasions being asked questions they had quick assess too and doing their job for them. After many years I ran as fast as I could from these cowboys - wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

During the covid crisis this surgery was outstanding, I had no issues being seen in person after triage if needed and was even referred for secondary care when required. Now we are back to normal and as usual I have no issues seeing a medical care professional. Telephone calls are answered. E-consults are quickly triaged. Staff are polite and friendly. Annual check-ups take place. There is also relevant and current information on the display boards and in folders for your own reading. Overall you feel cared for and I consider myself very fortunate to be a patient here.
