    Every member of the team at Air Balloon surgery deserves a medal but I’m particularly grateful to one doctor in particular and her prompt diagnosis which sent me to blood tests and hospital consultancy. I have needed regular visits to the surgery for the last 4 years - it’s never difficult to get an appointment and all staff are friendly and professional Huge gratitude to all concerned. We are well cared for at Air Balloon so big thanks

    Consistently great service from all the GPs, nurses and receptionists. In spite of the great deal of pressure the NHS is under, me and my family have always managed to get the medical care we need and we feel in very good hands! Thank you Air Balloon surgery!

    recent health issue saw me contact the surgery and was sent to hospital within a few days, i would like to thank the doctor who arranged this in such a short time,we have always had first class service from airballoon and know we can trust all the doctors and staff,thank you all.

    Can't get appointment, sick or constantly ringing and waiting for 45 mins to be told no appointments ring again. I have no more credit on phone to ring again. Walked there but no appointments. Staff suggest I use e-consult via their website. Took ages to go through all the e-consult questions, but filled in page after page. GP will contact me by end of following day. Following day, text from GP = book an appointment!!!! How has this helped anyone? I've wasted my time, GP wasted their time. What a waste of energy, time and money!! No wonder GP practices are struggling. What is the point of e-consult? Now I'm back to square one. No credit on phone to ring. Too fatigued to walk all the way there again and speak to receptionists.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to let us know that this has not been a great experience and we are very sorry to hear this. Please can I suggest that you do contact us again, explain what has happened and that the GP responded to your e-consult and asked you to make an appointment. While some things can be dealt with by e-consult, it is not suitable for everything. On this occasion it's clear you need an appointment. E-consult does help us to manage a workload that has grown considerably, while we have no more resources to manage it. We are always happy to discuss concerns or give additional help. If you would like to do this please get in touch and ask to speak to someone in the management team. Once again, we are sorry that you are unhappy and you are struggling to make an appointment.     Receptionists are always amazing and make time to listen to you when you phone up to make sure you receive the right treatment and genuinely care about every individual person Doctors absolutely first class I feel so blessed at age 69 my health is being so well cared for Thankyou everyone and keep up the good work it really does make a difference especially in these difficult times

    Nothing but good experiences here at the surgery great staff from friendly and helpful receptionists to caring health care professionals. GPS are always helpful and supportive easy to get an appointment thank you all :)
