Take a lot of time to be seen at the surgery for my appointment. I have had to wait an hour on one occasion and 45mins on another. Makes it difficult to plan to do other every day things such as work.

I'm really sorry to hear that you had a wait once you had arrived for your appointment. The clinical staff try very hard to stick to their times, though 10 minutes or so is not uncommon if they overrun due to complex patients. I'm very sorry to hear that you have been waiting longer than this, and assume that there must have been an emergency, or perhaps you were brought in as an urgent case along with others who arrived at the same time. I'm afraid I can't investigate on here as this is anonymous so we don't know exactly what happened. If you'd like to get in touch directly, we'd be happy to look at your record and see what's happened and with which clinician so that this can be fed back. We encourage patients to let us know if they have been waiting so that we can check if someone else might be able to see them. I always find the team at yeadon surgery most helpful, never have a problem contacting the surgery ( wish someone would change the music when you are on hold ) I use the online desk too. Today I needed some information on a new med I am on, queried admin on line and several minutes later the answer popped up on my phone in a text. Always find the front desk staff so cheerful too. Would highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for excellent service. The same comments apply to our Rawdon surgery too. Thank you "team "

I will see what we can do about the on hold music - no one has mentioned that before and I'd be happy to have someone investigate what other copywrite free options we have available to us! Called the surgery first thing this morning to request an urgent appt. Was put straight through to the receptionist with only a minute or so wait time. My appt request was submitted and I then received a call back within 10 minutes to tell me that I could be seen in the surgery within the hour. Really pleased with how quick and efficient the service was, especially at a time when other GP surgeries have long phone queues and limited appointments available each day.

I went for my flu jab on Saturday and there was concerns re:my breathing It was suggested I take my emergency asthma medication straight away.I was given an appointment for Monday early morning....By this time I had a bad chest infection, They quickly gave me a prescription for this.....fantastic service..... professional and friendly.

Today I saw Dr Fox-male and was very pleased with my visit, I find both the Rawdon and yeadon surgery's extremely helpful and I receive excellent service from both practices. Thank you
