    The receptionists are most patient and friendly. My appointment with the doctors has been kind and helpful as we worked out the cause of my issues: I met two different doctors and both were professional and dedicated in their approach. The clinician on the phone was clear and careful as the remedies were explained. The nurse taking bloods was extraordinary in her understanding of my haematophobia. I recommend this practice as exemplifying the NHS at its best.

    I phoned the surgery this morning to make an appointment to see a GP because I collapsed with lower back pain. This morning I was told to phone after 1 pm to make an appointment which I did and I was now told that I can’t see a GP because all appointments for this week are booked. I explained that I am in horrendous pain - no . This has happened several times with this surgery!

    I was always dealt with well. Good surgery. Staff are polite and look after you. The staff are so helpful and professional and they go the extra mile always explaining anything you don't understand.

    I had an emergency appointment which unfortunately I was unable to get to on time due to the fact that I was 1, travelling from Liverpool Street and 2, London Transport being unpredictable. I was told I needed to rearrange the appointment but I was in so much discomfort that I couldn’t bear going through any more pain and requested if the Doctor could see me that day, even if I had to wait for hours. The Receptionists went above and beyond to help me and I was able to see the Doctor in the end. They were super efficient, kind, willing and understanding. Hats-off to you all for the amazing service I received that day.

    Phoned on Monday with urgent matter. Got GP phone call back with a few hours. Face to face visit on Wednesday was quick and efficient. Referral for scan made. Hopefully the speed of motion will continue through to the scan and onward referral.

    Cannot get anything right.Receptions cannot speak or understand English.Failed to send a prescription to the local Pharmacy and had to attend A&E

    The lady I saw for a blood test was very efficient and very friendly putting me completely at ease. I didn't even feel the needle going or even the expected scratch

    We were invited for a health check for our 8 year old. The practice called and were very polite and accommodating. Upon arrival we signed in easily and waited to be called. The wait was quick, the health care professional was extremely friendly and put our child at ease. Overall a very positive experience.

    Today I had a blood test and the nurse kindly checked a urine sample. During my recent holiday I had felt ‘under the weather’ and wondered if I had a urine infection. As I explained this to her, she suggested leaving a sample for her to test. The nurse telephoned me later to say that I am now clear of infection.
