    This is a disgraceful GP practice! The practice cares nothing at all for it's patients, third world levels of service here! As others have stated, the line cuts off after an hour of being on hold. There are never-ending wait times, you could be 8th in the queue and you will be on hold (if you're lucky) for a minimum of 50 minutes! When you do get through, of course, there are no appointments. They refer you to online, which you cannot just book, unless they send you a link! If you're lucky, you will get an appointment slot, stating to contact the practice if not convenient, of course this is impossible unless you like being on hold (for an eternity), to then, only be cut off again! The appointment slot (if you're lucky enough to get one) is not correct. They will call you on a completely different time of day, or even, a different day, or not at all! If you are struggling with anything and it is affecting your health, this place will add to these ailments, and your health will be worse from the experience! Instead of dealing with or showing empathy, you're given excuse upon excuse, we get 100's of calls, I get the same when I call my GP, etc, etc. Blah, blah... you get the picture. A waste of time! I can only imagine someone else getting even more frustrated with the constant defensive attitude. This practice is definitely not fit for purpose! This establishment may add to people's stress levels, and for many, they probably have!

    They have responded to my previous review, with excuses, not explaining this seems to only happen here and not elsewhere. Typical automated style response, to book online you need a link, they clearly Have not read the previous review in full! Online via NHS etc, offers no slots as tge practice disables the opportunity for these. It's disingenuous to suggest, that this is an easy and practical way to book an appointment or update your issues!

    This place is absolutely diabolical some of the drs are ok but it’s a complete shambles other than that, you have to chase them for results because they have absolutely no intention of letting you know like the time they thought I had lupus and didn’t tell me until I asked 7 months after a blood test, getting an appointment is impossible they just don’t bother to answer the phone even tested this myself by walking over there whilst in the queue on the phone there was 4 of them behind the counter and she had the front to tell it’s just started ringing when I’d been in the queue at the same position for nearly 25 minutes, the waiting area is absolutely disgustingly filthy, please save yourself and go elsewhere

    Can't even find word to describe this practice, staff are rude they don't even answer the phone because everyone because play on there mobiles or chatting to each others, its very hard to get a appointment with practice. Even if get a appointment for phone consultation no one calls you back from the practice.

    I called 111 because I was unable to contact my clinic When they knew my symptoms and helped me to contact my clinic to make an appointment. When clinic receptionist called me back and said doctor won’t see me but asked me to go to emergency. Why do I need go to emergency when it’s not life threatening. If so, 111 would advice me to go and not contact my doctor. This clinic just push me away and not care. I don’t know what a General practitioner is for if A&E is available for everyone and for anything!

    Every thing about this practice is bad. Complaints are not even replied too. My mum has been unable to register her self disabled for the last few years. the GP is unable to give a letter stating her health condition. Online service supposed to reply within two days. But it’s become weeks and saying that they are busy. If they are soo busy than why are they taking new patients. Should stop taking new patients and provide an adequate service to current patients.

    Been going here since i was a child, i only ever use the gp once a year so i tend to ignore all the mishaps but Its completely ridiculous now. The doctors talk over you before allowing you to finish which is just rude, this happened to me the other day and has been happening for years. On Wednesday i had a phone appointment which i waited 1 week for!!! He rang 15 mins late, i was at work, i took my gloves off to answer and he hung up after 5 seconds. I was fuming but i rescheduled with another Dr for Saturday 24th at 12:30pm, he didn’t call me. He called me today at 1pm, today is Sunday 25th!!! I wasn’t near my phone so he left a voicemail saying he will call back shortly to try again!!! There was no apology no nothing in the voicemail, im so done with this gp. Can’t believe thats where taxpayers money is going, shocking.

    Virtually impossible to get any appointments. We get told to fill up online appointment for telephone consultation, but then no one calls. I've been trying to get an appointment for my baby over the last 4 months and we've had no joy! Reception staff well what can I say without being rude and possibly my review being rejected. However, the doctors are good.
