Blood tests 13 days ago as I am seriously suffering with cramp. Not sleeping extreme tiredness aches and generally feeling unwell. The results are back. They are not on the nhs sight. No phone call. I have phoned four times a I just need to know my thyroid level urgently and see the others on the nhs site if no one wants to talk to me I am worried very tired and becoming scared Having been to 6 funerals of friends in last four months. This lack of results is not helping.

I have been a patient at Albrighton for 4 years. The service they provide is just fantastic. Throughout the pandemic if necessary we were seen face to face. I have always been able to get an appointment. On one occasion I rang at 3.00pm on a Friday, as I was feeling very unwell, a Dr rang me, I had an appointment at 4.20 pm and was prescribed antibiotics. The online service they provide works well for booking appointments and repeat prescriptions and accessing my medical records. I hear so many complaints about other GP practices I consider my self very fortunate to be a patient at this practice, where all the staff are amazing.
