.Went into surgery and explained problem to receptionist.Very friendly and helpful,as usual. I was given an appointment later that morning. Was seen first of all by a student doctor who I found very thorough and friendly with an excellent manner. We discussed his findings, very clear, before sending for a senior member of the practice. He was told of the students findings and checked for himself before explaining to me the way forward. I was told to contact local hospital for tests and take results back to surgery. The whole process was very thorough right from booking the appointment to the action to be taken. I was impressed by the students approach and by the way he was treated by the doctor. I wish the young man the very best of luck going forward in his career and I’m sure he will do well. A very comfortable experience. Thanks to all concerned!!

The experience I received by the medical professional, was excellent, helpful and his medical knowledge and advice very commendable. The total experience at the medical practice was first class, including the assistance from the receptionist. I rate this practice very highly.

I have never had any problems with the surgery I have always been able to book an appointment when needed I was seen recently by the doctor who treated me there and then for pain relief. He did give me the option to go to A&E but said he could do the pain relief there and then to which I opted for I would highly recommend this surgery it’s not only the doctors who are good but the receptionists are kind and considerate, they respect you as a patient and are very helpful

Had both flu and covid jabs today. Really well organised especially considering how busy the practice was Well done—-just hope they work!

Very through check out and advice by the GP. The GP explained the cause after the check and the prescribed medication was explained.

The drs listened and were easy to talk too:) I've never seen my own Dr but I know he's a nice Dr and well spoken off and also was true of the student Dr.

Contacted practice at 8am on Monday. Was given an appointment and was seen that day. Very thorough explanation as to what my problem was. Left very reassured

My appointment was carried out with great care which put me completely at ease. I was given answers to all my questions and feel confident that following visits will be handled in same helpful kindly manner.

I was pleased with today's appointment. I was given time to explain my problem, and was offered advise in dealing with it. I left feeling all aspects of my visit had been handled well.
