A text was sent out to patients last week advising from 14/2/25 you can now use vconsult to arrange appointments/leave a request for an appointment. However the link only displays information about vconsult and not actually any way of contacting the practice whatsoever. So you can't call the practice and you can't access vconsult with the link they have sent. I have even used the qr box on their website and no luck. I just want to confirm has the surgery stopped consulting patients now and only acting on a repeat prescription service only? How are patients meant to contact a GP? Please advise.

Thank you for bringing this review to our attention. We would like to confirm that All Saints Medical Centre remains fully open and continues to offer appointments via multiple access routes. Patients can book appointments by phone, walk-in, online and now through our e-consult service. Currently, our e-consult service is available from 08:00 – 11:00, but we will be extending this service until 18:30 in due course. We apologise for any confusion regarding the information provided and appreciate patient feedback as we work to improve accessibility. If any patients experience difficulty accessing our e-consult service, we encourage them to contact the practice directly by phone or visit in person, where our team will be happy to assist.

While the doctors have been great, it has proven increasingly difficult to get an appointment. The booking system is very inconvenient, inefficient and stressful: you have to call at 8:30 for a same day appointment; and are unable to book an appointment in advance for any other day and often there are no same day appointments available. The receptionist would not even ask me about the issue, and refer me to a walk-in-centre miles away (even when I was nr. 15 in the queue/on the phone). Numerous times I have had to call 111 instead or drive 20 minutes to another walk-in centre, only to wait for hours to be seen. I am disappointed. My family and I have decided to leave the practice (there is no point in being registered here if you cannot be seen by a GP and are sent away to another part of town).

We do offer an alternative way that you can access an appointment via our website using the v -consult service. We also offer pre -booked appointments but these are usually for a couple of weeks in advance.
