Wanted a form stamped & signed by a doctor. After waiting some time. My son called them serval times and was told they lost it, then was told it was in with the doctors. Then was told to fetch the form from doctor as he was not going to sign it. On the envelope notes had been written. Eg..is this the sort of thing you would be willing to do? I suspect not. Eg.. I cannot do this, it has already been signed.

Dear Mrs Rice, Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry if this caused you any problems. So you are aware what you asked to be done is additional work outside the GP contract. On 3/10/23 my partner and I visited the Centre to attend a GP appt for my partner due to so concerns about his health The Dr who we seen went over and above his care compassion and listening skills were just amazing and he gave us a very precious commodity his time. Follow up care was amazing and thankfully what our initial concern was has been thankfully resolved due the Drs due diligence and his follow up care. I will be putting this in writing to the practice manager and tell friends and colleagues what amazing care we had and the medical centre is second to none. As a healthcare professional myself I know all too well how vulnerable we are and how we focus on what goes wrong as opposed to right. Many thanks to DR B you are a credit to the medical profession

Visited practice for a chat about recent ECG reading and associated issues. Doctor was absolutely brilliant, explained exactly what was going on, reason why and what was going to happen in future. I came away feeling really happy as knowing what was what set my mind at ease. Cannot mention names but she was excellent.
