Absolute joke of a surgery. They don't answer the phone, and even when calling to male an appointment you're kept on hold for 20+ minutes which means they're out of appointments. I needed a simple medication review as advised via the text from this surgery, called at 8.01 by the time someone answered 08.20 they had no appointments available and told me to call back tomorrow at 8am, which of course will result in the same issues that they're completely inept and incapable of helping a quick phone call to 111 resolved my issue within 5 minutes, no messing around or being told call back. Avoid this surgery, no wonder the NHS is struggling with places like this.
