My last consultation at the practice (yesterday) was a pleasure. Both reception staff and the Doctor were very helpful and professional. Both were very concerned to make sure that my immediate concerns were fully addressed to my satisfaction. Based upon this experience I can't recommend them more highly!

I was in desperate need of help with a prescription problem and the operations manager got back to me within a couple of hours and resolved my issue quickly and calmly and eased my anxiety instantly. Thank you so much Operation Manager!

When I have ordered a repeat prescription for myself or family members, sometimes decide to decline an item without informing the patient. Which means the person usually have to order the item again and by this to time the patient has none of the prescribed medication left. Which causes problems if the pharmacy does not have the item.

The Doctor a spoke today was really helpful and I can’t thank him enough. Today's experience proved to me that when you need help there are nice professionals who will use that appointment slot to listen carefully and provide support that I need. Thank you

Had phone consult and then invited in to see doctor within a few days. Doctor dealt with all my queries and arranged tests for me. It was good to be dealt with so quickly by a friendly and reassuring doctor. Reception staff also very pleasant. Very satisfied with my visit.

Gp displayed very good communication skills. Gp was reassuring and clear with all the information. Gp kindly booked my blood test and gave me the necessary forms.

The Dr listened in a non hurried manner and dealt with all issues raised. Not having attended the Dr’s for a while, I felt very valued and that my health was a priority. A good experience.

Was seen as an urgent on the day patient by the practice nurse, he examined me thoroughly, explaining as he went along. He thought I needed to go to A&E but called a GP for a second opinion. He then cleaned and dressed my operation wound. I was very lucky as my scare had opened up and it would have been so much worse if I’d not seen him that day. Thank you to all the team.

Ampthill practice have provided me with excellent care for just over ten years now. The staff here are prompt, efficient and caring. The medical practitioners at Ampthill practice have been attentive and supportive in tending to my medical needs throughout the years and continue to do so, I'd highly recommend this practice.
