I received a same day appointment on a Monday. The doctor I saw was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately arranged some in-house tests and following these he arranged an immediate appointment with The James Paget Hospital. I then received a follow up call from the surgery to arrange a further appointment which again was as efficient as my first appointment. I feel that I was treated extremely professionally with a lot of care and would like to thank all involved.

My first visit to your Practice. Receptionist, polite and caring. Equally the Doctor was very caring, efficient and patient. He was very understanding and I felt at ease with him. I wasn't kept waiting and felt respected. I feel he has helped me a lot. Thank you so much.

Have to say I wasn’t overly impressed with the manner of the Nurse Practitioner I saw this morning - I found her manner to be very curt and not warm at all, not a serious medical issue and didn’t want to bother a GP but I seemed to be bothering her - had an early appointment and she walked in to the practice over 10 minutes after my appointment should have been, was kept waiting and no apology

I had to recently contact the surgery on behalf Of both my Mum and Dad. They are dovirced to it was two seperate visits needed. I filled in footfalls for both parents and I have to say how easy it was communicating with the person behind the emails. Both helpful and efficient.
