I received a call from the receptionist on the 31-01-24 at 13:37 she was so nasty and so rude she refused to answer any question I had because she said she didn’t have time to deal with extra questions They treat people so poorly no respect for the users of the service constantly telling a service user to go on r consult because you don’t want to deal with queries is very poor Please be reminded that you guys work for the community have some compassion when speaking and dealing with queries it doesn’t take a min to be kind I’m so disgusted with the service i received and watched other service users receive it’s sad

I called in about my problem which I was told that nothing could be done when I’ve been receiving the same answer for days the receptionist ended the call on my face so I called back to ask for her name she rudely told me that I don’t need to know he name and shut the phone again I have never seen this kind of service anywhere

Very bad people on the reception You can’t talk with Dr always text to E consult they will call you and when is time for appointment no one call you

You are unable to see a Dr and had to wait for 24 hours when the problem is minor and can be solve with 2 hours. This system will let a lot of people go to a&e. meanwhile, the hospitals has a lot and trying to deal with major incidents

The staff are extremely rude and constantly hang up on you when you are trying to talk to them on the phone!
