The process to book was efficient with the office staff being polite and informative. The appointment with the nurse was also professionally conducted and she was thorough and coherent when explaining the blood test results. The advice given made sense and related to the data she had in front of her. There was also ample opportunity to ask questions.

My Mother is currently receiving “end of life” care. Everyone we have spoken to, or seen has been kind , caring, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Support has been timely, and communication has been honest and open. I have been extremely impressed by the support we have received for both of my parents during this very difficult time. Thank you

It was only an asthma review but the nurse was fantastic and very proactive with my condition. Changing my medication to suit my needs and behaviour. Also a lovely person.

Punctual, professional and polite. A check up appointment initiated by the practice that ran smoothly. It was a shame that it was postponed by the surgery on two previous, but third time lucky.

This periodic Health Check for those under 75 was very efficiently carried out in a customer-friendly manner. It is to be hoped that this type of health check will continue to be available for local residents and by identifying potential future health issues will reduce the burden on hospitals and GP surgeries.

I attended my NHS health check and was immediately put at ease by the Nurse conducting the appointment. I was met personally in the waiting room within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The questions, interpretation of results and advice were all conveyed in a warm and professional manner. I was able to understand the information being given and felt that the nurse was genuinely interested in my health and gave me all the time needed to support me to improve my own personal health.

Always excellent care from GPs and nurses every time I or my family have visited this practice. Much easier to get through by phone, now only usually 2 or 3 ahead of me in a queue, not long to wait, and receptionists have been helpful and sorted out just what I needed every time. Thank you.

My experience at Appletree practice was brilliant - I was called into my appt on the exact time . The nurse introduced herself & explained the reason for the appointment . I felt listened too & not rushed .
