Requested and update to my 8yo daughters antihistamine ( last received in March 2024). We were given a dose for a child between 2 and 5,not an 8 yo as required. This shows me that the 'team' do not care enough to read basic information about their patients, such as age. I placed a new request using econsult on Monday and on Friday I have had to visit the gp to chase up the script only to recieve a text telling me that it is no longer available on NHS even though my daughter is under 16. Different incident: my partner was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. We gave the gp pharmacy team a script request from derriford requesting 200 blood test lancets and 200 blood test strips. Armarda surgury only processed onto the system 200 of one and 50 of the other. This oversight could have risked the health of my partner and my unborn son. The pharmacy service is a disgrace requires immediate action to improve. I will be looking for a new gp away from armarda surgury and the pathfields group jn general.

My experience at the flu clinic today was amazing. There was nobody waiting in the waiting area when I arrived, the reception staff were helpful and polite, then I was greeted by a very friendly member of staff followed by another two who were very friendly and smiley and easy to get on with. I was in and out of the building within minutes having had positive interactions during every part of my visit.

Very disorganised. Reception flooded with people only 1 receptionist dealing with patients. Moved by staff to queue for vacation before going to reception. Then told by another member of staff all to return to reception to be booked in. Chaos

I attended an appointment for my annual flu vaccination along with several hundred more patients throughout the day. The whole process ran like clockwork from being greeted at the door through to the vaccination itself. All the staff were friendly and very professional.

This practice isn't my usual one but it is part of pathfields surgery's. I had to see a emergency doctor yesterday and I was allocated to this practice which I was not disappointed at all. The doctor I seen was so lovely and sorted me out straight away. Even though I had a emergency appointment I expected to wait a good few hours, I was in and out within about 20mins. Excellent staff and excellent service.

The staff are wonderful, very helpful and I would reccommend to anyone, and everyone. The Surgery is extremely busy, and I am leaving this review for the front-line admin staff in particular, as they go above and beyond what is required, and should be thanked and rewarded by Management, for their considerable efforts.
