We joined this practice 3 years ago when we moved into the area. This practice is simply outstanding in every aspect. From the amazing receptionists, nurses, doctors, admin team. They are extremely pro active in every area. Whether it's the annual "mot" for those who are eligible, the availability of appointments, meticulous follow ups and so many other areas. When presenting with chest pains I was able to have an immediate on site ecg with instant results. I had to have a follow-up appointment after a recent hospital attendance and was contacted promptly to arrange this. I was also due my annual "mot" and my husband and I were due to have the new rsv vaccination. The receptionist I dealt with went out of her way to arrange consecutive appointments to suit myself and my husband. Amazing service. The added bonus of an on site pharmacy is very helpful. As is their practice of sending a text when a prescription is ready for collection. Having queued for over an hour to collect my daughter's prescription at another practice, only to be told it wasn't ready served to emphasise how lucky we are! Why can't all practices run like this? Thank you all at Arnold Medical Centre for the superb service you all provide. You should be very proud!
