I have been registered with Nexus since early 2019. Whilst I understand the shortstaffing, excess demand and underfunding, I have had mixed experiences. Most GPs I have seen here are prepared and very helpful/accommodating, but I have frustratingly found it impossible to upload a regular prescription for an autoimmune condition on their system. Whilst generally their GPs are great, I have had mixed experiences and recently an unhelpful one. With a delay of almost 30 mins, it was disappointing to note the lack of prep even though the app asks you to provide as much info as possible, in particular the medication I am on and have tried to upload three times now. What is more disappointing is their inability to refer you to specialists, some four months later. I have now followed up twice and hope to actually receive an update.

I moved into the area 3 months ago. I keep going to the artsian health centre on grange road to register with a doctor. They keep changing the days when someone is actually there. I am disabled and cant walk far and they keep telling me to go to decimer street which i can not walk that far. Again i have been there today after being told last week thursday that a receptionist will be there this week monday.tuesday and wednesday morning. Once again i go there and surprise no one is there again. This is very unprofessional

I was asked to make an appointment about cardiac medication and the response when I rang up to make an appointment was, Listen bro all the appointments are full up.
