From the moment I saw my practitioner/nurse regarding my mental health I felt supported and listened to and was offered great advice/help and sign posting, this same lady has seen me continually over the last few months. To have that consistency and such great support has really helped me and I am so grateful, thank you.

I work shifts, it is impossible to ever get an appointment. You are told to call back at 8am, which if you work is impossible. I have recently had an issue and need to be seen. However if you get chance to phone at 8am, your in the long que. Then no appointments. If there was a different doctors in the area I would change, but there is not. They used to be good, really good.

Dear Patient. Thank you for sharing your feedback, although we are of course disappointed to learn that you are unhappy with our services. As you may be aware, the entire health system in Derbyshire has been under a significantly high level of patient demand for access over recent weeks, and this is the case for every GP Practice in the area. We try very hard to provide an exceptional level of care to our patients, however there is a limit to how many patients we can safely see on any given day and it is likely that when you have called to request an appointment, that we were already at capacity. In cases where we are unable to offer an appointment, our Reception Team will offer an alternative route through which you can access care, which may include a referral to NHS 111. Should you wish to discuss your concerns and receive a response from the Practice, the Practice Business Manager will be pleased to help. Feeling very rough with bad cough keeping me awake and short of breath . Doctor got me straight in and even tho the chemist was closing she rang a prescription through for me to collect

Today I saw a doctor who I have not seen for years who I think is absolutely wonderful. She took time and addressed my issues. My legs have not improved by seeing her but I am much happier. Thank you doctor w.
