I just wanted to say that I rang at 11 this morning as I have a nasty burn. The receptionist apologised that all doctors were busy today and that she could make me an appointment for this evening in Boundary House. I asked if she could check with clinician about what I should do until then and she rang me back in minutes with answer. Please thank receptionist for me. Who could fault that? Brilliant.

It really does make a difference when you can talk to someone about best options and the ways in which we can support our patients both in-house and locally for appointments, which helps with capacity and demand on GP Practices. I had a call from the Practice front desk following up on some tests. The receptionist walked me through what was next and booked the follow up appointments for me, all done in a pleasant, caring and efficient manner.

Completed a ‘E-consult’ on Saturday and we received a phone call at 8.55pm in the evening confirming my appointment on Monday. We then received a text confirming my appointment a brilliant service
