Returning home from Spain with a stubborn ear infection, The Ears, Nose and Throat doctor was absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile in my treatment.

The receptionist and admin went over and above to help us with a problem we had last Friday the words thank you don’t seem to be enough to say how grateful we were.

My husband and I moved here and registered October 2023 From first registering here the service and help we have received has been amazing. Cannot fault the receptionist, nurses and Doctors. First class GP practice.

Rang the surgery, only me in the queue, still took over 9 minutes to answer. I was then informed no triage available, I even said what the issue was, and was told to go to Whitegate Drive. We did, waited nearly 4 hours, but did get seen. I did tell them I had called our GP and even they said didnt get anywhere did you, waste of time ringing the GP. This is not the first time this issue has arised.
