I turned up for an appointment at 5pm, I was still there waiting to be seen at 5:30pm After seeing only one doctor on duty and a lady arriving after me who was late for her appointment and was still seen before me. This is was for an urgent appointment due to a blood test. Can’t be that urgent when leaving people waiting over half an hour. Why can’t doctors get their receptionist or receptionist team to contact people to say I’m running late? Would stop a lot of people missing out on work. I lost an hours work for this and again have to lose work time tomorrow. Absolutely shocking service. I must say however, the lady on reception was outstanding and her customer service was brilliant.

I have been struggling to apply for a blue badge for my Mom. I called the practise for advice. The receptionist went out of her way to advise me and enable me to make steps forwards. She could easily have referred me else where or online. I feel that I can now make progress with what is a very frustrating process. I have always found the reception staff at my Moms practice very patient and willing to help.

My experience was very good and my doctor gave me time to explain my illness and then gave me the correct drugs which are working very good.

My husband has recently passed away following a relatively short progressive neurological illness (Motor Neurone Disease). He went from being fit and well to being completely paralysed and unable to speak, move or swallow or do anything for himself. The practice staff and GP were very supportive during this very difficult time and went out of their way to help me on numerous occasions with issues with prescriptions, test results, blood tests, etc. I was dealt with with compassion and respect at all times which made an extremely difficult situation a bit easier. Thank You
