Very rude pharmacist who needs to go on a course of customer care skills. He accused me of shouting at him, I was annoyed but no way was I shouting and he put down the telephone on me. I do not want to speak with him again please.

Receptionist refused to give me information as to what vaccinations I required to visit Thailand& Cambodia. She said only the nurses would know that not her, but refused to ask a nurse. Also refused to find out what vaccinations I had already got, saying a private clinic could access my NHS record.

Although I was 25 in the queue my call was answered within 30 mins the call handler was knowledgable and able to get me to see a nurse practitioner the same day

There are lots of negative reviews regarding this medical practice. I just wanted to say my experience today was very positive after speaking to a receptionist regarding an urgent prescription request. The member of staff was extremely courteous, helpful and efficient, a real credit to the team. Well done!
