   If patients call 8 o’clock they said straight away you are in order number30 after 20mints they pick up call they said it’s fully booked local authority should be take a action because they are playing with our life

   Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. All appointments are offered on a first come first served basis when we open at 8am. We have a few staff answering calls and offering appointments at the same time.
