    Your reception staff was extremely rude and unpleasant, making remark under breath and handing the form over with the words "there you go" in a terse manner. Appalling service!

    My partner rang as she was in severe pain, the receptionist was rude and very unhelpful, this is a familiar story with this practice , no compassion for patients and the incompetence is staggering.
