The people who answer the telephone are unfriendly and often rude and abrupt. I understand people can have a bad day, but they work in a health care environment and for some of us (autistic/neurodivergent people) it takes a lot to ring up for an appointment or ask a question relating to healthcare access. I think they need some training on being kind.

I went to my surgery for my flu jab. Very well organised, quick and friendly experience. Always is at this surgery.

I was in and out and greated with respect. Also not much of a sore arm where the nurse was so gentle doing the flu vaccination.

I have always had Very Good experiences at Atherley House Surgery. The staff have been polite and friendly. The Receptionists helped me out quite alot in the past five years. The Doctor who I like to see is Great and I feel I could talk to her about anything.

There seems to be a move towards making the practice more efficient in meeting people’s needs. After the pandemic there has been improved monitoring of routine appointments. The online repeat prescription system works very well, medical team and reception staff are helpful.

I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency with which I was dealt. The surgery was immaculately clean, with hand sanitizers available at the point of entry. I feel very pleased to have such a well-run practice in my vicinity.
