Awful service. Called to make an appointment and I was told I need to wait almost 2 weeks for a phone call with the GP!! Anyone who needs a GP appointment needs it ASAP not 2 weeks later!

Good Afternoon, Our next available routine appointment is currently next week (today is the 2nd and the next available is the 9th) and we have a range of telephone and face to face appointments available. If you have requested a specific GP, this may impact the wait time as some GP's get booked up quicker than others and some don't work the same amount of days as others. GP annual leave may also factor into this. We also have emergency appointments for the same day so if a medical issue is triaged as being urgent, it would be dealt with the same day by the on call GP.
