I seen the today concerning coming off my HRT treatment as I have been on it for a while. She was so helpful and understanding she explained she was there to help me as I was very nervous about been taken of HRT. We decided together what would be best for me in the long run and if needed I can go back if things are not going well. Thank you so much.

I attended the Surgery for a gastric condition and was seen by a junior (trainee) doctor. His examination was thorough and was able to elaborate on areas of uncertainty. Very reassuring!

Sadly I had moved from the Borough and had to leave the practice. Attenborough surgery have been amazing, each and every member of the team, from the receptionists, Doctors, and nurses , all supported me at an extremely high standard. I developed an underlying health condition that changed my life, every time I called the surgery the receptionists were so supportive and kind. The Doctors always listened and helped me , not rushing me but really cared, thank you to everyone who supported and cared for me for the years I was a patient at the practice, I will always be great full for your support. Overall, a fantastic practice. You made my life that little bit easier when I was struggling , you really did make a difference. Thank you.

I attend the surgery fairly regularly and have attended for many years. I have found the reception staff very helpful, both in person and on the phone. My Doctor is always very reassuring and informative. Highly recommend this surgery.

I’ve never had an issue at Attenborough but I had to drop a sensitive sample at reception and the receptionist was terribly harsh about the way I had delivered it. She corrected what I had done so loudly infront of a room full of patients without being mindful of the fact that I was doing this for the first time and the sample kit had no specific instructions on how to label the sample. I dint mind being politely informed about what I should’ve done differently but it was very uncomfortable and embarrassing what she did and I dint appreciate it at all. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to say something. Please ask the nurses to be a bit more mindful of this. Much appreciated.

phoned at 8-00am to see if i could get an appointment that day and they gave me a appointment for that morning 11-00am with a student doctor this was for 30 minutes the first part was with the student and the second part was with a senior doctor who then throughly reviewed what the student had done you get 30 minutes and seen by two doctors if you get offered an appiontment with a student doctor take it
