    I would like to thank Avon Valley Practice for their professionalism and brilliant medical service, especially Doctor who has been very approachable and thorough in dealing with my diagnosis, from the first appointment and continued with the results from the hospital, my appointments to start the treatment have been so quick and communications have been exceptional from the Doctor, Nurse and Reception. Thank you

    I attended an asthma review clinic with a doctor today and I came away feeling very grateful to be in such safe hands. The doctor was extremely thorough, took time to explain and treated me as an individual.

    I called to book a blood test, was 8th in the queue, and 1 hour later I’m still waiting, though for some strange reason I was caller number 1 for half of that time, I’m still waiting and refuse to put the phone down.

    3 times i have called this morning 22/09/23 each time over 30 minutes at position 3. 4th attemp im position 2 currently 22minutes. Baffled.

    Staff at Avon Valley Practice recently helped bring my urology procedure forward, and I now have an appointment on early September. I would like to thank the doctors and staff for always being helpful and caring. Much appreciated Brian White

    I want to say a massive thanks to drs and nurses I have seen in the last week at Upavon and durrington practises Their care was prompt efficient and kind Seldom I am unwell used to work as a neuro sister and I can only say their expertise was brilliant I also want to thank them for setting up walk in clinics to get prompt attention Many thanks here’s to a full recovery

    Fed up with staff telling lies. I was told today I had not requested meds, but in fact requested 3 items 3 days before and surgery only issued 1 and other 2 was showing undetermined. Had to then go into surgery and request that I needed prescription. Than went to chemist only to be told items not in stock and now got to wait until after weekend to collect. This means I now have to go 4 days without meds, and if surgery had issued with the other items than I would have had my meds. Especially when my consultant said I must not miss my meds, will be speaking to them advising the surgery has let me down again. Wonder what would happen if I become ill because surgery couldn't be bothered to issue meds properly

    Today I came in for a regular pill check. Due to my age and health I’ve been asked for 10+ years to consider a different method of contraceptive and have always been adamant I did not want the coil due to my sister having a negative experience. She did not pressure me to consider another contraceptive but took the time to explain in detail about the coil. Her knowledge and patience has made me reconsider and now I realise how much better that would be for me. I’m very grateful for her taking the time to explain thoroughly and answering all my questions. Thank you

    Had a problem with my monthly stoma product order. It seems there was some kind of electronic hiccup between the supplier and the practice. I phoned the office and explained the problem. I was then contacted by a manager and a receptionist who were able to resolve the situation very quickly and the products are now n their way. I would like to thank the persons involved personally, but your instructions tell me I should not include names. So, many thanks once again to your team. I couldn’t be happier with the service you provide. Brian White xx
