All my experiences with Albion House have been excellent. I've mostly been offered same day appointments and my recent appointment was quite long but the GP (I'm not allowed to mention his name apparently) listened to every concern I had and acted on said concerns, easily taking him over the "allocated time" with a patient. I am forever grateful for the assistance of everyone at this surgery - Praises to Albion House, Praises to our NHS!

I have had to contact gp several times. I use the patient contact form online. They are so quick to triage the forms and when necessary I have had a phone call very quickly. For less urgent problems I have had a text with an appointment quite quickly. The doctors are excellent although I tend to see the same one. I can't praise them enough for speed of service. Staff behind desk at albion house can be a little curt at times but withymoor branch they are always lovely. I have complete faith that this surgery will deliver what they say in a timely manner Recently I had to have several tests. The results were back and I messaged surgery asking for a phone review. Within an hour the gp had rang me to discuss his findings. He was reassuring and explained everything thoroughly

Having to wait over 45mins with only 5 people in the queue is shocking, when they finally answer the phone the are quick enough to shoot you down so cannot see how takes so long to answer the call. Shocking

I had a TIA last June and Dr has been with me all through.....checking my bloods regularly. I feel that it was so easy to go to Dr.I seem to have had my bloods checked and doing really well.

I needed a prescription the same day as I had overlooked that I had run out, sorted in one hour.What ever problem I have it is always dealt with efficiently at the practice. The staff are very helpful wand considerate.

Worst doctors I have ever used had my partner waiting for an hour with our daughter for her eczema which now because we have not been seen has got worse and we are going to a&e, putting more strain on the nhs because it could of been a easy prescription for a new cream but now we’ve got to drag my daughter to a&e. When my partner asked the receptionist what the hold up was she was very condescending, rude and point blank just not helpful. We have been putting up with this for along time we have now moved surgery’s because the NHS or management need to sort there staff or hire new more caring people to greet patients at the reception as I feel all the workers don’t actually want to deal with people it’s just a job to them. Overall dive of a doctors.

Both my wife and myself had a few issues that needed fixing. We were guided to the deputy practice manager(ess) who after listening to our issues fixed them all one by one. She was very patient and listened carefully and talked us through each one as she amended and fixed them all. She was very professional in her work and we can’t praise her enough.

I had a problem which had been ongoing for 10 days and I felt I needed a GP's advice. I emailed a detailed description of my problem to the GP's at 3pm. By 3.40pm I had been telephoned offering a GP appointment an hour later. I was seen promptly by the GP who assessed my problem and was able to offer the treatment immediately. He was welcoming and understanding and I felt I was given time to describe my situation. I was extremely impressed
